Witam i dziękuję za odpowiedż i chęć pomocy;)
Właśnie ostatniej nocy spędziłem nieco czasu na konfigurowaniu i stwierdzić muszę, iż udało mi się pójść jeden kroczek do przodu - pady zaczęły brzmieć już jak należy, ale nadal to niejest dżwięk 2-3 strefowy... Odnośnie mapy, podsyłam Ci jedną jako załącznik - jest to mapa pod TD20, ale doczytałem na jednym z forów zagranicznych, iż ich ustawienie pasuje pod TD3.
Moja konfiguracja samego projektu wygląda następująco:
IN: 1:Edirol UM-1 MIDI (USB MIDI podłączone do wejśćia OUT w module)
OUT: ezdrummer
channel:10
mapa:Roland TD20 (drum map setup podłączona pod Edirol OUT)
midi device manager:zainstalowany sterownik TD3 module ze wszystkimi opcjami brzmieniowymi podłączony pod Edirol OUT
VST instrument:ezdrummer.
W takiej konfiguracji wszystko idzie, ale nadal nie mogę uświadczyć brzmienia padów w gotowym projekcie, jakie moduł wysyła do słuchawek.
Próbowałem innych ustawień, ale:
-brzmienie padów zapisywane na dysku twardym były jak najbardziej sztuczne i bez padów 2-3 strefowych
IN:All MIDI Inputs
OUT:Syntezator SW Microsoft GS Wave (moja karta muzyczna)
-brzmienie padów nie było zapisywane i na dysk twardy (żadnej reakcji ze strony Cubase)
IN:1:Edirol UM-1 MIDI
OUT:TD3 Drums (1:Edirol UM-1 MIDI)
w tym ustawieniu w pozycji bnk mogę wybierać dostępne brzmienia perkusji z modułu TD3, mapa ustawiona na No Drum Map. Reszta ustawień pozostaje jak w pierwszym opisanym projekcie konfiguracyjnym.
W tym momencie sam już nie wiem, bo jak wynika z konfiguracji - pewne ustawienia nie powinny działać... a może mi się tylko wydaje...:)
Mam nadzieję, że w miarę jasno opisałem konfigurację swojego projektu/ów, i że w jakiś sposób przybliży to mój problem.

Ps.s: dodatkowo przed rozpoczęciem nagrywania stosuję zaleceń z manuala Rolanda:
You can save all of the TD-3’s drum kits, general settings, and
more to an external MIDI sequencer.
Use the external sequencer as you would when recording
musical data, following steps on the TD-3 as shown below.
1.
Connect the TD-3’s MIDI OUT connector with a
MIDI cable to the MIDI IN connector of the
external sequencer.
2.
While holding down [DRUM KIT], turn the TD-
3’s power on.
“bulk duMP” appears in the scroll display, then “ALL ”
is displayed, and [DRUM KIT] flashes.
3.
Press [+] or [-] to select the content to be saved.
ALL: All data, including the setup (trigger, pad, and
other settings) and drum kits are transmitted.
: All data for Drum Kits 1–32 is transmitted.
SuP: Only setup data is transmitted.
4.
Start recording with the external sequencer.
5.
Hold down [DRUM KIT] to begin transmitting
the data.
“dNP ” appears in the display while the data is being
transmitted.
6.
Be sure that the transmission is finished, then
stop recording with the external sequencer.
7.
Turn the TD-3’s power off.

Kwestia gustu. Wiadomo, że TD-8 brzmi trochę inaczej z tego względu, że jest to nieco starsza konstrukcja z 1999 r zaczęto go produkować. Wszak posiada więcej parametrów edycji poszczególnych padów. Na stronce rolanda znajduje sie uaktualnienie do td-8. NIe wiem co ono daję gdyż nie zostało to napisane. Wniosek: podobnie brzmiące, td-8 sporo tańszy.
