Amerykański zespół rockowy powstały w 1985 grający głównie hard rock. Powstała z połączenia dwóch zespołów - L.A. Guns i Hollywood Rose. Znana ze swego charakterystycznego ciężkiego brzmienia, w którym dominowały melodyjne duety gitar elektrycznych Slasha i Izzy Stradlina oraz skrzeczący, bardzo rockowy śpiew Axla Rose. Ma też na swoim koncie szereg ballad rockowych.
